DHIRAJ PRATAP Dhiraj Pratap came to Russia from sunny India back in 1994. A medical university student had to change several types of activities in an effort to gain financial independence during his studies. Talion owes much of its formation and professional development to the Club and its owner. The casino industry (including outside of Russia) has acquired a successful manager and organizer in the person of Dhiraj for more than a decade.
